Editing and Proof Reading... Editing is one of the most important factors that will influence the credibility of your book and ultimately also your book sales. We offer substantive, line and copy editing. Our Editors will provide a typewritten critique and analysis of the manuscript and allow the client rounds of follow-up questions about the manuscript and critique. We examine the strengths and weaknesses of the manuscript relevant to engaging the target audience. We ensure to correct the grammar, spelling and punctuation errors. Once the client is happy with the edited draft, we send the material for proofreading. Proofreading is the final step in the editorial cycle before publication. Editorial and proofreading services are charged separately since these are dependent on the number of words/pages.

Printing, Marketing Sales and Distribution. We assist our clients with printing services at an additional cost. Once the books are printed, we also assist clients with submitting a copy of the book to one of the best distribution companies in the country for consideration in bookstores placement. Authors/Clients are encouraged to have different strategies for marketing their products. Urban Publishing offers author's websites (for purposes of marketing and branding) for as little as R2500, renewable every three years.
